The board of directors of the South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association invites you to the 92nd Annual South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Conference, held in San Antonio. This educational conference will offer up to 17 hours of continuing education for county commissioners (including the early-bird sessions) and up to four hours of judicial education for county judges. We invite you to expand your knowledge with accurate, timely information from well-respected speakers.
Annual Scholarship Program
The South Texas association is pleased to announce its scholarship program. College scholarships will be awarded during the conference. You can download the scholarship forms by clicking here. Scholarship applications are to be received or postmarked by 5 p.m. on May 25, 2026.
Spouse Activities/Registration
Hats Off, South Texas! A Custom Hat Bar Experience. The spouse registration fee is $50 ($60 late registration). Registration for Wednesday’s event includes a customizable palm leaf hat, branding, embellishments, and hat shaping.
