    ​The Texas Association of Counties Risk Management Pool (TAC RMP) has provided counties with a stable, sustainable resource of protection against risks and liabilities for more than 45 years.

    Governed by a board of county officials, the TAC Risk Management Pool offers coverage with value well above the commercial market to more than 400 members. Its risk control programs and services are provided at no additional cost to its members to help Texas counties manage costs and promote safety.
